Pepe le Pew

1979-11-07 Bugs Bunny's Christmas Tale
Release date: 1979-11-07
Plot: Bugs Bunny's Looney Christmas Tales features three new Christmas-themed shorts: Bugs Bunny's Christmas Carol, Freeze Frame, and Fright Before Christmas; all linked together by brand-new animated bridging sequences starring Bugs Bunny and the Looney Tunes gang, giving the special a continuous and festive flow.
Name and role: In this transitional segment, some cast members sing Christmas carols. I chose not to include Sam again since he already appears later as Scrooge. I found it a bit odd that they gave at least a hat to everyone but left Pepe' and Foghorn "naked," but here they are.
Trivia and other appearances: The cast is very well know to tell you where they also appears but despite being one of the most prominent Looney Tunes characters, Daffy Duck does not appear in this special. This is particularly notable given that even lesser-known characters like Bugs Bunny's nephew, Clyde, and Petunia Pig make appearances.

Name and role: Pepé Le Pew plays the role of Captain Louis Renault, keeping the original name from Casablanca, where the character was portrayed by Claude Rains. His role in the story? To bother Penelope, as Always... some things never change.
Trivia and other appearances: Pepé has already served in law enforcement before, usually as a gendarme, notably in Tweety's High-Flying Adventure and Looney Tunes: Back in Action.

1996-11-10 Space Jam
Release date: 1996-11-10
Plot: Basketball legend Michael Jordan teams up with Bugs Bunny and the Looney Tunes to win a wild basketball game against alien villains called the Monstars. The aliens stole NBA players' talents, so it's up to Jordan and the Tunes to slam, jam, and bring the chaos. It's sports meets cartoons in the most 90s crossover ever.
Name and role: Pepé Le Pew gets a few quick gag moments during the game, but yes, he also officially hits the court, oozing French charm and... well, a whole lot more than just charm.
Trivia and other appearances: Other interesting appearances of Pepé Le Pew include: For Scent-imental Reasons (1949), Scent-imental Romeo (1951), Past Perfumance (1955), Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003) and finally Looney Tunes Show (2011)

2000-02-29 Tweety's High Flying Adventure
Release date: 2000-02-29
Plot: In the same vein as The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries, here comes a charming little direct-to-video movie with Tweety in the spotlight. A globe-trotting adventure, reuniting with the rest of the Looney Tunes gang and staying one tiny step ahead of Sylvester and a whole slew of hungry cats of all shapes and sizes
Name and role: Pepé is the French customs master. After stamping Tweety's passport with flair, he breaks up the Penelope-Sylvester brawl... and promptly falls in love with Sylvester, mistaking him for a skunky dreamboat.
Quote: Love can never be wrong.

They embark on a globe-trotting adventure to rescue DJ's father and thwart the evil plans of the Acme Corporation's chairman, who seeks to use the Blue Monkey diamond to turn humans into monkeys.
Name and role: Pepé Le Pew is a French gendarme standing in front of the Louvre. He has no role other than this quick cameo.

D.J. Drake: There's a man there! He's got a woman! She's tied up in a burlap sack and he's taking her to the Eiffel Tower!
Pepe Le Pew: Ah, eet eez Spring, eez eet not?

On Christmas Eve, he's visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future, who show him the error of his ways. After witnessing the impact of his actions, Daffy reforms, embraces the holiday spirit, and... Well I think you already heard about this story.
Name and role: Pepé works in the perfume department, naturally spending more time harassing Penelope than doing his job. But Penelope finds Daffy even more irritating and gives him a festive beating. Still, she and Pepé share a kiss under the mistletoe in the big finale.

2021-11-05 Yakko Amakko
Release date: 2021-11-05
Plot: Let's bring back a modern take on Duck Amuck, the classic Daffy Duck short that's been remade in every way imaginable. This time, the star is Yakko, battling against the animator inside a computer animation program.
Name and role: And then... a truly dark cameo. Pepé Le Pew was booted from the Looney Tunes roster after some controversy about his behavior (and I'm talking about real life here). He shows up on Yakko's ice creams, only to be erased again, screaming, "Nooo, the void is so cold and dark!" It's honestly weirdly tragic.
Trivia and other appearances: Similar situation for the Looney Tunes are in: Duck Amuck (1953), Rabbit Rampage (1955), Duck's Reflucks (2005) and One Carroter in Search of an Artist (2015)
